HLCONF welcomes research on learning and education after school: in universities and colleges, in adult and continuing education, in the workplace and in the communities where people keep learning throughout their lives. The conference is for researchers, educators and policymakers who study how this education is taught, organised, governed and experienced. Contributions from education, sociology, psychology, economics, policy studies and related fields are welcome when they address these questions.
