Update an Existing Submission

Use this page to respond to a reviewer request, request a change to an existing submission, or send a full paper for an abstract you already submitted. Do not use it for a new paper.

Sending an update does not mean it has been approved or applied. Our team will check the submission, deadline and requested changes and email the outcome. Until we confirm a change, your existing submission remains the current version. Updates may require further review and may not be possible once programme or publication files are finalised.

Update Options and Deadlines

Option	When you can use it	What to expect
Reviewers asked me to revise	Until the deadline stated in your reviewers' email, even if new submissions are closed	Send the complete revised material and your response to the reviewers. The revision may be reviewed again and does not guarantee acceptance.
I want to request a change myself	Until 21 May 2027,, while the affected output is not finalised	Explain what changed and why. If review has started, the change may be deferred or declined. Changes after acceptance may require reassessment.
I am sending my full paper	a few weeks after the conference	Quote your original submission ID and upload the full paper. This does not by itself confirm publication in the Proceedings.

The update window for this option is closed. If a change is essential, contact us quoting your submission ID before sending files. We cannot promise to apply late changes.

Full papers can be sent from [conf_full_paper_open_date].

The conference programme has been finalised, so changes to programme entries are no longer possible. Other updates may still be available.
